Make-up artists are professionals who prepare artists especially the ones acting in a fllm or a play for their characterization of their assigned role to fitfully transform their appearance via make-up, paint, wings and other accessories to prepare them for photo shoots, filming, live performances and other events. Makeup artist works in entertainment, fashion or cosmetic service industries, at salons, spas, bridal boutiques and can work independently.

Make up Artists usually do the following

Alter or maintain makeup during productions as necessary to compensate for lighting changes or to achieve continuity of effect.
Analyze a script, noting events that affect each character's appearance, so that plans can be made for each scene.
Apply makeup to enhance, and/or alter the appearance of people appearing in productions such as movies.
